I went for it and solo’ed Mount Baker. It was incredibly freeing. I found and had been entrenched in Eckhart Tolle YouTube videos for a few days before the trip. His teachings & practice has totally changed my life. 6-20-21.

Sun coming up on the Salmon River on Mount Hood. My first time-lapse. To make the river flow smoother, I think I need to lengthen the interval between shots and the shutter speed. I’ll need to do it a little earlier in the am. A smaller creek closer up might be better. I’m gonna nail this one. You can do some pretty cool stuff with it. 6/6/2021

Mount Shasta, California

I like climbing for a lot of reasons. It takes a small amount of time out of your life for the impression it leaves. It frames time well. I struggle remembering things with little context. Hiking up a mountain always burns an image in my mind. That’s 5 for 5! Mount Shasta 5-22-21.

WHEN ONE MORE RIDE TURNED INTO A WHOLE BUNCH MORE

It’s amazing how long I quit skating for. I thought my body couldn’t take it. Then I went on to really destroy it running and over working out for years. Since I started skating I’ve lost 20 pounds and move like I’m 10 years younger. I believe skateboarding is a more sustainable sport than many! Early mid life crisis overcome. There was truth to that heading. May 2020.

FIT-INMOTION FREE WORKOUTS - 2018-2019

I spent probably 6 months working on this project. I filmed about 18 videos and tons of 15-20 clips of exercises to add to my database for online training and prescribed workouts. This was my last Fit-InMotion project. This job was so much work.
